- Is the free tier really free forever?
- Yes — 200 emails every day (about 6,000/month), recurring, with unlimited contacts. A daily cap keeps the shared free pool clean; no trial, no expiry, no credit card.
- Do you charge per contact?
- Never. We meter on emails sent, not contacts stored. Bring as many contacts as you like.
- Where is my data stored?
- You choose your region — today that's the EU on German (Hetzner) infrastructure: GDPR-native and outside US CLOUD Act reach, on every plan. More regions are on the way.
- What currency am I billed in?
- Prices are shown in USD; at checkout Stripe automatically converts to your local currency, so you pay in what you know.
- What happens if I go over my limit?
- You can add overage or upgrade — we won't silently drop your mail. Overage is about $0.60 per 1,000 emails.
- Are connectors and tools really free?
- Yes. The WHMCS module, WordPress plugin, signup forms, SDKs and deliverability tools are free on every tier, including Free.
