- Is the free tier really free forever?
- Yes — 200 emails every day (about 6,000/month), recurring, with unlimited contacts. A daily cap keeps the shared free pool clean; no trial, no expiry, no credit card.
- Do you charge per contact?
- Never. We meter on emails sent, not contacts stored. Bring as many contacts as you like.
- Where is my data stored?
- On Hetzner infrastructure in Germany. AryaSend is GDPR-native with EU/German data residency across every plan.
- What happens if I go over my limit?
- You can add overage or upgrade — we won't silently drop your mail. Overage is about €0.60 per 1,000 emails.
- Are connectors and tools really free?
- Yes. The WHMCS module, WordPress plugin, signup forms, SDKs and deliverability tools are free on every tier, including Free.
